Renowned talent director Paul Baiguerra has enjoyed ongoing success in an industry constantly changing. Staying ahead of the game is achieved with a strategy of forward thinking and Paul brings this mantra to every job he directs. Having the experience of working across three decades gives Paul the ability to bring the staples of the past to the fresh ideas of the future. Paul has directed work both locally and internationally and has garnered many local and international awards. Paul had his eyes on the future long before much of the industry had even contemplated the digital revolution. Along with his partners he developed and produced the worlds first cross platform drama series Forget The Rules which received a nomination for Best Interactive Drama and an award for Best Format for Interactive Drama at the 2006 Cannes Mipcom awards. Paul has directed over 50 television commercials and continues to remain actively involved in the ever changing advertising landscape by creating commercials and branded films for the now well established digital online  world. He brings a wealth of experience and energy to the Cave Studios team.
